Everscape competition proposal
Description
Recently, we have developed advanced information and communication technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and advanced mobile devices. We are now facing a fourth industrial revolution that covers all aspect of our daily lives and presents innovative changes. The fourth industrial revolution is characterized by hyper-connectivity and superintelligence. It is expected to have a greater impact and on a wider range than the Industrial Revolution. Not only that, the structure and the network of cities, the form and function of urban spaces, and the lifestyle of people living in cities will be transformed. What is the future of urban spaces that are affected by them.

Participants were tasked with designing a concept for affordable co-living. Instead of considering ways to construct thousands of new, individual apartments in Rome, this competition focused on housing solutions that might offer both affordability and community.
